This key personnel position will assess existing policies and programs, identify emerging trends and operational challenges, and develop clear policy recommendations that support mission execution and organizational priorities. The Senior Policy Analyst will manage policy initiatives from research through coordination, maintain related project plans and performance measures, and work with stakeholders across Government, industry, academia, and mission-partner organizations. The position requires the ability to translate complex technical and operational issues into clear written products, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
