Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Setting: Hybrid (in-person/remote)

Location: Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of one of the following locations: New York City, NY; Nashville, TN; or Pittsburgh, PA.

Role Purpose
The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports accurate and timely billing, collections, cash application, and receivables reporting. The role monitors customer payment behavior, resolves payment issues, and helps maintain strong cash flow and reliable financial reporting.

Receivables Monitoring & Collections
• Monitor open receivables and customer payment behavior.
• Manage dunning activities, including customer reminders and collection follow-up.
• Coordinate with external collection agencies when needed.
