SPS is seeking reliable, proactive, and guest-focused Shift Leads to support daily operations at The Rink at Rockefeller Center. This hands-on leadership role serves as an on-shift resource for team members and an extension of management, helping ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
