Campus Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our Early Careers Investment recruitment, including overseeing our campus recruitment efforts . As a Recruiter you will partner with our Researchers and Traders to identify, engage and hire top junior talent and contribute to our global emerging talent strategy.

• Contribute to campus recruiting strategy
• Act as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
• Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy
• Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
• Screening calls with junior investment candidates
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies
• Provide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends, talent movements and competitive hiring
