Assistant Store Manager ( Retail)

Job Purpose:*

To support the Store Manager in leading the store operations, driving sales, and delivering the ultimate customer experience. You are the leader on the floor when the Store Manager is away.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Be a Sales Driver:* Lead from the sales floor, coach associates in real-time on Bra Fitting and cross-selling to achieve UPT and Conversion goals

- *Customer Obsession:* Ensure every customer feels confident and celebrated. Lead by example in delivering expert fittings

- *Operational Excellence:* Open and close the store, manage cash reconciliation, staff scheduling, shipment processing, and inventory control

- *Team Coaching:* Train new associates on product knowledge, VS Service Standards, and Loss Prevention policies

- *Visual & Brand:* Execute daily VM standards, replenishment, and ensure the sales floor is always flawless and on-brand per global guidelines

- *Reporting:* Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor KPIs, and communicate business updates to the Store Manager

Requirements

*Qualifications:*

- 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Key Holder in fashion/beauty retail

- Strong selling skills and deep interest in fashion, lingerie and beauty trends

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

- Flexible to work shifts
