Position Summary / 職務概要

Cost & Procurement Managerは、STACKのデータセンター開発プロジェクトにおけるコスト管理および調達業務を担当するポジションです。

本ポジションは Director, Cost & Procurementの指導のもと、Delivery Operationsチームの一員として、日本全国のデータセンター開発プロジェクトを横断的に支援します。

また、本ポジションは Project Directorの右腕として、コストおよび調達の観点からプロジェクト推進を支える重要な役割を担います。

プロジェクト初期段階から関与し、プロジェクト座組構成の提案、マスタースケジュール策定、コスト計画、調達戦略の構築などを通じて、プロジェクトチームが効率的にプロジェクトを推進できるよう支援します。

本ポジションは助言のみを行うコンサルティングポジションではなく、実務レベルでコスト分析・見積査定・調達業務に関与する実行型ポジションです。
