Summary/Objective

The Maintenance Systems & Planning Coordinator supports the safe, compliant and reliable operation of STACK’s mission-critical infrastructure by administering the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), coordinating maintenance schedules, and governing the change management workflow. This role chairs the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure disciplined process execution, while technical approvals remain with the ACOM and COM. The position ensures no conflicting maintenance activities occur across mechanical, electrical, controls and supporting systems and prevents excessive change stacking on the same day.
