Position Summary / 職務概要
Construction Directorは、STACKのデータセンター建設プロジェクトにおいて、施工段階の技術・工程・品質・安全を統括し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進する役割を担います。
設計者・監理者・施工会社・各種ベンダーとの調整を行い、建設現場の課長クラスの実務能力を活かしながら、施工図調整、施工計画、工程管理、品質管理を主導します。The Construction Director is responsible for leading the construction execution phase of STACK’s data center development projects.
This role coordinates contractors, designers, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery with respect to schedule, cost, quality, and safety.施工段階では、施工図調整、工程管理、品質管理、安全管理を主導し、発電機、UPS、配電設備、冷却設備などのミッションクリティカル設備を含む複雑な建設プロジェクトを成功に導きます。
