We're on the lookout for staff level Fullstack Engineer to join our Staffbase team and help us build an awesome internal communications platform. We are looking for empathetic and motivated team players who are motivated by growth and ownership.
As part of our tech stack, we are using: React.js, Javascript, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, Kotlin, Go, Java, MongoDB, Terraform, Docker and Playwright, to name a few.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead technical strategy and architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality SaaS product that is reliable, accessible, easy to use, and delights our customers
- Influence technical decisions and their documentation, driving long-term sustainable solutions to accommodate future growth and requirements
