We are looking for a proactive, highly detailed SDR Virtual Support & Sales Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will power the outbound engine for executive sales leadership—managing event lead sourcing, maintaining outreach cadences, keeping the CRM meticulously updated, and preparing high-level executive briefs for key events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead Generation & Data Enrichment: Download event lists, source emails/phones using tools like Seamless.ai and LinkedIn, run VLOOKUPs to match existing CRM records, and clean/rank lead pipelines.
• Campaign & Cadence Management: Maintain strict outbound outreach cadences, sending templated first touches and personalized follow-up emails across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Executive Briefing & Logistics: Prepare event briefing packages, schedules, and attendee checklists for the CEO, book calendar slots, manage sales blocks, and curate top dining/coffee spots for meetings in NY/NJ[.
