The Career Services Officer plays a key role in advancing graduate employment outcomes by proactively developing healthcare employer partnerships, expanding hiring pipelines, and connecting employers with Stanbridge students and soon-to-be graduates. The position combines business development and employer engagement with strategic career coaching, helping students successfully navigate the healthcare job market and transition from education to employment.

Employer Relations & Partnerships

• Proactively prospect, identify, and pursue new healthcare employer partnerships with hospitals, clinics, long-term care providers, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations, with a strong focus on creating employment opportunities for Stanbridge students and soon-to-be graduates.
• Conduct consistent outbound business development activities, including market research, cold and warm outreach, networking, referrals, and direct employer engagement to build a pipeline of prospective hiring partners.
