Job Description
To facilitate and manage feature development and implementation as well as business team usage of Enterprise Solutions such as Salesforce and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technologies across all Stanbic IBTC IAM entities through application of Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project/Product Management (Waterfall & Agile) and Change Management methodologies.
Guide and direct the process of Business Requirements collation for bothSalesforce and RPA Implementation Projects as well as creating TechnicalUser stories to be used by Technical Personnel such as Administrators,Developers and Quality Assurance in building and testing ImplementedProjects
Qualifications
Minimum of B.Sc/ B.Tech/ B.Eng
Salesforce Ranger/Administrator/Business Analyst Certification• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Trainings & Certifications• Business Analysis Trainings & Certifications• Project Management and/or Product Management Trainings & Certifications• Lean Six Sigma (Green /Black Belt) Trainings & Certifications.
