Your colleagues describe you as a builder, a creative problem solver, and a committed lifelong learner. You bring deep expertise in adult learning and are energized by turning complex ideas into engaging online courses, virtual learning experiences, and practical resources that meet real learner needs.  You have an eye for what makes learning stick. You understand how adults learn, how to translate learning objectives into compelling experiences, and how to design for application and transformation. You are equally comfortable developing a self-paced digital course, designing an engaging live virtual learning experience, creating a practical tool or resource, or helping a subject matter expert turn their knowledge into something learners can readily understand and use.  Our community is growing, and so is the impact of our work to move toward a society where every person is empowe
