This is a hands-on role where you don’t just manage projects: you build, test, and drive real adoption. ]]>Contribute to the design and delivery of game-changing digital / AI solutions for the future of ST/ST. Deliver impactful digital projects end-to-end (from idea to go-live and adoption) Turn business needs into concrete solutions (tools, workflows, apps) Design and deploy automations & AI use cases (n8n, LLMs, low-code tools, etc.) Experiment, prototype, and scale what works into production Act as a trusted partner for business teams and help them embrace new ways of working Own what you build: ensure it runs smoothly, is monitored, and keeps improving ]]>
3-5 years in digital projects / business analysis / automation / AI Comfortable mixing business thinking + hands-on execution Curious and proactive: you like testing new tools and learning fast Able to translate ideas into real, usable solutions Not intimidated by APIs, middleware, workflows and other IT concepts Strong communicator, able to work across teams Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural, international environment Can cope with a sometimes-demanding environment (scale-up context)
