The Role
- As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our community of customers. Your mission is twofold: work alongside our internal teams to ensure customer happiness and success and drive growth by identifying upsell opportunities aligned to their needs. This role owns the full cycle of account growth from lead generation and product demonstration to deal closure with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, consultative selling, and customer success.
