Managing Director of Sales - Private Markets

The Opportunity StartEngine is one of the largest equity crowdfunding and private-market investing platforms in the U.S., giving investors access to investment opportunities across both private companies and sought-after pre-IPO securities. Founded by Howard Marks, co-founder of Activision and Acclaim, StartEngine has built a large investor community and continues to expand its private-market business. We’re looking for an experienced Managing Director of Sales to lead, develop, and grow our team of FINRA-registered Private Market Associates and Consultants serving accredited investors. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build exceptional sales teams, coach high-performing professionals, create accountability, and drive results in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a critical role in scaling StartEngine Private as we continue expanding our investor base, sales organization, and presence in the secondary private markets.
