What You’ll Do

• Handle unrepresented, represented and litigated property and personal liability claims from start-to-finish. You may be asked to assist with 1st party property claims, as needed.

• Establish timely contact with all parties, investigate loss details to determine legal liability, and make definitive, well-documented coverage decisions.

• Draft comprehensive coverage letters, including Reservation of Rights

• Evaluate, negotiate, and adjudicate claims within your established authority, ensuring timely resolution
