Steadily is hiring an exceptional zero-to-one enterprise sales leader to build our Partnerships sales motion from the ground up.
You'll operate as a true player-coach: personally sourcing, shaping, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships while building the process and playbook behind them. You'll mentor our existing Account Executive and work directly with leadership to define how the team should grow from here.
This is a rare opportunity to build a sales function from zero inside a fast-growing, well-funded insurtech — with the autonomy to test, learn, and shape how one of Steadily's key growth channels works.
