The opportunity
Steer's platform spans AI voice and chat agents, clinical documentation, patient access, and deep EHR integrations. Making that clear to a new hire, a hospital administrator, or a skeptical CIO is a craft. You will own it.
As our Senior Healthcare SaaS Trainer, you will be the person who makes everyone at Steer and every customer confident with the product. You will build the training function from the ground up, own onboarding and enablement, and be a trusted product voice in front of clients and prospects. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and People Operations.
