Position Overview  The Construction Manager – Construction Administrator (CM-CA) provides onsite construction management and administrative oversight for VA healthcare facility projects, specifically supporting the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Hudson Valley Health Care System (Montrose VAMC). Serving as the Contractor’s authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the CM-CA ensures construction activities comply with project specifications, VA standards, codes, and Medical Center requirements through submittal review coordination, RFI tracking, schedule monitoring, field inspections, as-built verification, defect identification, commissioning support, and claims assistance.
