Position Overview:
The Analyst – Regional Business Development of StepStone Private Wealth is responsible for independently supporting StepStone Private Wealth’s distribution strategy through market analysis, advisor consultation, and the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in recommending product solutions across the Broker Dealer and RIA channels.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead strategic CRM driven analytics, evaluate data within internal CRM, and develop insights that inform business development initiatives
- Serve as a cross functional project lead between sales and operations, identifying process improvements and driving implementation
