Essential Functions:
- Facilitate an exceptional client experience to clients as they onboard into the fund(s), require reporting and when they ultimately redeem.
- Prepare investor correspondence for private equity funds, including quarterly reports, capital calls, distributions, and ad hoc client communications.
- Coordinate with fund vendors to support investor access, communications, reporting, and account setup and maintenance.
- Manage daily Operations team inbound requests, including monitoring, routing, and responding to client and partner inquiries.
