About AI Solutions
AI Solutions helps StepStone identify, build, and scale practical applications of AI across the firm. The team collaborates across the firm to support training and enablement, applied research, workflow automation, and production tool development.
Roles are organized around three broad “buckets”: Learning & Enablement, Research & Development, and Product, Automation & Engineering. These buckets describe each role’s center of gravity, not strict boundaries.
