Position Overview
The DATS Business Partner Lead serves as a cross-functional project manager and “player-coach,” engaging with assigned business groups to translate operational needs into data, workflow, and technology solutions. The Business Partner Lead is part of a global peer network of Business Partners focused on success in three cross-functional areas: data and technology adoption, workflow standardization, and shared information flows.
