About the Role
The Associate Merchandise Planner will own the Women’s Plus Bottoms forecast from pre-season planning through in-season management, building financial plans, forecasts, and performance analyses that drive sales, inventory productivity, and profitability across Fix and Freestyle. Reporting to a Planning Manager, you’ll partner closely with Buying and collaborate with Allocation, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to identify risks and opportunities, prepare decision-ready insights, and take action on the business. This role builds a strong foundation in business ownership, judgment, and team presence while operating a meaningful, end-to-end planning business.
