About the Role
As the Warehouse Operations Manager, Optimization, you will lead high-impact initiatives that improve how our warehouse operates, with a focus on systems, process improvement, facilities, and vendor performance. You will serve as a key operational subject matter expert for our Warehouse Management System (WMS), helping ensure system changes and implementations are thoughtfully coordinated, operationally sound, and successfully adopted by warehouse teams.
You will also own a portfolio of cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives designed to drive incremental gains in productivity, cost, quality, and operational effectiveness.
