About the Role
Our Warehouse Supervisors at Stitch Fix are frontline leaders within our operations organization, responsible for leading large teams of hourly employees to achieve daily performance goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role drives day-to-day execution within a core department while supporting broader site and company initiatives.
