Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM)
Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Hillside, NJ; Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. Shift Schedules
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Open Positions
Machine Operator – $19.15/hour
All shifts available
The Machine Operator I is responsible for safely operating and monitoring assigned production equipment. This position performs basic machine adjustments, quality checks, sanitation activities, and routine equipment operation while developing proficiency on assigned equipment.
Mixer Operator – $19.67/hour
All shifts available
The Mixer Operator is responsible for learning and performing mixing processes, equipment operation, product specifications, safety requirements, and documentation procedures while progressing through established qualification requirements.
Production Stacker – $18.03/hour
1st and 2nd shifts available
The Production Stacker is responsible for safely stacking, inspecting, and preparing finished products for movement throughout the production area. This position helps maintain continuous product flow and transports finished product using a manual or electric pallet jack while following all food safety, quality, and safety standards.
Shift Differential: Employees working 2nd or 3rd shift receive an additional $0.50/hour.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Manufacturing industry experience preferred. 1–2 years of related work experience preferred.

Additional Information
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant, to include walking and climbing up/downstairs and ladders (portable, fixed). Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning: Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
