Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department while helping advance Clovernook’s mission to empower people who are blind or visually impaired to lead active, productive, and independent lives. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing key HR functions, supporting employees and supervisors, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. This role serves as an initial and primary point of contact for HR-related questions and provides guidance on hiring practices, employee relations, policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, payroll, and other human resources matter. The Human Resources Manager reports to the CEO.
