These properties often face deferred maintenance, disorganized rent rolls, unresolved tenant concerns, and months of unpaid rent. In this role, you will restore stability by collecting rent, enforcing lease terms, managing evictions when necessary, and bring structure to daily operations.
About the role
Prodigy Properties is currently seeking a Property Operations Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. You will manage a mix of commercial, retail, multifamily and residential properties, most of them bank owned (REO) or under court-appointed receivership.
