Systems Engineer

Stratolaunch is seeking a level II, Sr- or Staff-level Systems Engineer to support expendable air-launched hypersonic vehicles. An ideal candidate will have experience in full lifecycle systems engineering, including deriving requirements from concepts of operation, developing test and evaluation plans, executing test activities, and verifying vehicle-level compliance. This role involves interfacing with a multi-disciplinary engineering team, program management, and customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to derive and document requirements
- Develop efficient and effective test and evaluation plans
- Plan and direct execution of tests for components, subsystems, and vehicles
- Track and monitor requirements compliance through the lifecycle of the program
