About This Role

You'll join Strava's international People team, which supports around several hundred employees across 14+ countries, spanning People Ops, Workplace, and People Partnering. This lean team keeps day-to-day People and Workplace operations running smoothly across a fast-growing international footprint.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months covering a team member's leave, supporting our People Ops Specialist and Senior Workplace Coordinator across two connected areas: People Ops administration (onboarding, employee data, compliance documentation) and Workplace coordination, including hands-on support standing up
