As our Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in scaling our manufacturing operations and helping deliver high-quality products that support the energy transition.

Working at the heart of our production organization, you'll combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach to improve processes, solve manufacturing challenges, and support the production teams that keep our operation running safely and efficiently. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or a strong affinity for polymer extrusion.

In this role, you will:

• Support the planning, preparation, and execution of extrusion and laminate production activities, including machine configurations, tooling requirements, and production setups;
• Drive process improvements that increase safety, quality, productivity, process stability, and operational performance;
• Optimize process control through automation, recipe management, line control systems, and monitoring of critical process parameters;
