Growth & Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Coordinator to help us reach new audiences, share our work and identify opportunities for our products and services.
Substrakt creates exceptional digital experiences for arts and cultural organizations. We work with museums, galleries, theatres and other cultural organizations across the UK, Europe and North America, helping them connect with their audiences through websites, digital products and services.
This is an early-career role combining hands-on marketing with research, data and business development. You’ll understand our markets, help deliver campaigns and connect us with organizations that could benefit from working with Substrakt.
If you enjoy writing and organizing, are curious about what makes a campaign effective and like turning research into practical ideas, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Help deliver our marketing: Coordinate activity across email, social media, our website and industry events, keeping content calendars, assets and approvals on track.
- Create and share content: Help write and schedule thoughtful blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media posts that bring our work to life.
- Research our markets: Explore prospective clients, competitors and sector developments, identifying useful insights and opportunities for our products and services.
