About the Role
As the Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (internally known as Leader, People Partner), reporting directly to the Head of People, you will serve as the chief architect of talent strategy, organizational design, and enterprise change across the Success Academy Network Office and school operations. In this role, you will lead and elevate a dedicated team of People Partners and associates, ensuring seamless coordination between talent strategy, operational execution, and executive leadership. By advising C-Suite leaders and ruthlessly streamlining processes, you will build a scalable human capital infrastructure that keeps our culture fiercely aligned with our mission of educational excellence.
