Quality Assurance Engineer

• Conducts comprehensive end-to-end quality and process audits across multiple project modules independently. 
• Analyzes recurring compliance failures and operational bottlenecks to recommend targeted process refinements. 
• Prepares quarterly compliance evaluations and actionable remediation plans for project leaders and department stakeholders. 
• Enforces compliance with automated quality gates, security standards, and release criteria across active projects. 
• Maintains and updates standard operating procedures, audit checklists, and compliance documentation. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
