Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI.

HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.

HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC.
Colorectal Cancer (CRC)

HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy.
Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland.
Overview of Role:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a critical role in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to build a diverse workforce.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support the development of comprehensive job descriptions and specifications
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role as well as negotiate offers within defined parameters
- Coordinate independently and/or in collaboration with the TA Coordinator to schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview techniques and best practices
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidate data and progress
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Provide support to the Head of Talent Acquisition with reporting requests, functional trackers, vendor agreements, and other ad hoc assignments
- All other duties as assigned
Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
This is the pay for this position
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
