We make SumUp Consumer, the wallet app that lets everyday consumers pay SumUp merchants with a tap, send money to friends, track their spending and earn loyalty rewards along the way.

As we grow SumUp Consumer across new markets and features, we need sharp, reliable insight into how people discover, adopt and use the product — and how that behaviour translates

What you'll do 

Shape commercial decisions 

• Own the SumUp Consumer KPI framework end to end — defining which metrics matter, how they're measured and how they connect customer behaviour to commercial outcomes.
