What to Expect
We're looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to join our Data team and take on our most ambiguous problems across the org.

This role is both strategy and execution; you'll come up with the ideas and be in the weeds building and executing them. Much of the work is pure 0-to-1. You take an undefined problem, stand up the process and tooling from scratch and run it until it's a working function. You'll also hunt down friction wherever it lives, finding where things are breaking or slowing down, figuring out why and shipping the fix. Above all, you're the person the team leans on, ready to drop into anything and drive it forward the moment it's needed.
