Resource Manager (Montevideo, Uruguay | Hybrid in office)
At SunnyData, a leading Databricks technology partner, our mission is to empower customers with scalable architectures, robust data engineering pipelines, seamless data consumption layers, and advanced ML and AI applications. As a Resource Manager, you will own consultant staffing, utilization, and deployment across SunnyData's global delivery organization — making sure the right consultants land on the right engagements at the right time, and that leadership always knows exactly where capacity and demand stand.
This is not a recruiting role. Think of the Resource Manager as a project manager for staffing: you coordinate with senior leadership on consultant availability, upcoming projects, and utilization — owning the forecasting, tracking, and reporting that keep the entire practice on the same page. You'll be on-site and in the halls every day, working directly with our CTO, Senior Principal Architects, and capability leads.
