We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies. www.rhfs.com  EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS   A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a plastic manufacturing environment   OVERVIEW/FUNCTION   Must be able to perform all levels of complexity of plastic fabrication production work, repairs, modifications, mechanical assembly, and actively participates in newer employee training.  Employee has enough experience to be able to perform cross functional activities as they relate to plastic fabrication operations; mechanical assembly, socket fusion, plumbing, quality control, test, and process documentation.  Employee may be asked to perform certain in field upgrades or repairs for the Customer Service Manager.    SKILL LEVEL / KEY STRENGTHS   Employee must be able to work without direct supervision, work with many different materials, tools, equipment, and be experienced in demonstrating proper plastic fabrication methodologies.  This position requires good problem solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to balance customer expectations with company policies and procedures.  The individual must be
