We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies. www.rhfs.com  Basic Function: To oversee and purchase products and materials cost effectively for the branches within the region, while maintaining a balance of inventory in relation to sales.   Essential Responsibilities/Duties: ·        Purchases and controls inventory of all products for Branch Office. ·        Checks stock and replenishes as needed. ·        Continually monitors (non-moving) items. ·        Accounts for and reacts quickly to all backorders and transfers while maintaining minimal lead time. ·        Reviews ROR (Recommended Order Reports) and makes decisions on orders and quantities. ·        Line Buy Maintenance follow-up weekly. ·        Continually follows strategic inventory plan, watching for trends. ·        Scrutinizes transfers and purchase order variances. ·        Reconciles Accounts Payable and Purchase Order reports, checking for accuracy. ·        Negotiates pricing and maintains relationships with vendors. ·        Continually utilizes sourcing techniques to obtain better pricing, material, etc. ·        Performs purchase or
