Soccer & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Role - Work from home, and coach soccer in Winter Garden, FL (Waterleigh and Hamlin neighborhoods)
Schedule: Part-time, 15–20 hours/week
Compensation: $450/wk base salary + performance incentives
About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing, organized, detail-loving person to help grow our youth soccer programs in the Winter Garden area — someone who's just as comfortable coaching a group of kids as they are chatting with parents, running a fun event, or making our marketing materials look sharp.
This is a hybrid role: part coach, part events and marketing coordinator. You'll be one of the primary people who our families interact with, and you'll help shape how our programs look, feel, and grow in this area — with real potential to take on more locations as we continue to expand.
What You'll Do
Coaching (~6.5 hrs/week)
- Coach youth soccer classes (ages toddler through 5th grade) in Winter Garden (Hamlin and Waterleigh neighborhoods) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30–6:45 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30–10:45 AM
- Deliver a fun, well-run, safe class experience that reflects well on the program
- Be a friendly, familiar face parents trust and enjoy talking to
