About the role
We are hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee supply planning and operational execution across our growing portfolio of consumer brands. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO, with no direct reports.
You will manage the flow of products from demand planning and purchase orders through manufacturing, quality release, warehousing, and fulfillment. You will also coordinate packaging artwork, manage relationships with contract manufacturers and our third-party logistics provider, own brand-side quality and compliance decisions, and identify opportunities to reduce fulfillment and shipping costs.
The primary objective is to keep products in stock while managing inventory and working capital responsibly and maintaining product quality and compliance
