What the role involves
You will lead end-to-end process transformation across multiple functions and geographies, from initial discovery through to measurable business outcomes. A core part of the role is identifying and building the business case for AI-driven opportunities (process automation, decision support, predictive analytics) and you'll be expected to have used AI tools yourself in your own workflow, not just read about them.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including situations where you had to build alignment, mitigate different points of view or push the boundaries of what can be achieved.
