We are looking for an Senior Engineering Manager to join and lead 2 Engineering Squads in the Player Experience area, which will own one of the most critical parts of the Sports Betting customer journey. You will build the team from scratch, develop its people and ensure technical excellence, working in close cross-functional collaboration with other teams in Super such as Product Design, Data and QA.
What the role involves
- Hire and lead a team of engineers, with tech leads, software engineers and QAs reporting directly to you
- Ensure growth and development opportunities for all team members, including coaching and mentoring, identifying and removing roadblocks and distractions, running regular 1:1s and feedback sessions, and carrying out performance reviews for your direct reports
