Product Lead, Game Engine
We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to own Titan as a product.
Titan is Supercell's proprietary game engine – the in-house technology that powers every game we make, reaching 300 million players a month. Titan is also the name of the ~ 70 people organization behind it: the teams that build the engine, the developer tooling, and the liveops infrastructure that every game team at Supercell builds on. (Here's the story of how Titan came to be – most people outside Supercell have never heard of it.)
As a Product Lead, you will define the product strategy for the entire Titan product, own the Titan-level roadmap, and ensure we have a deep & continuous understanding of game and partner teams needs. Reporting to the Head of Titan, you'll be part of the Titan leadership team, focused on building the product craft for Titan – largely from scratch, because that function doesn't fully exist yet.
If you love turning complexity into clarity, and want your work to shape the foundation every Supercell game is built on, this is that role.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Titan as a product: define and drive its vision, strategy, and product management framework, and build that function largely from scratch.
Translate Supercell's game development ambitions into a coherent, multi-year strategic direction for Titan, and identify where capabilities, scope, or team alignment are missing.
Productize what Titan already has – packaging, documentation, and adoption paths – so existing capabilities are legible and their value is actually realized.
Define how Titan measures success (adoption, developer satisfaction, platform health), and use that to sharpen strategy.
Build and own the single Titan-level roadmap, sparring with teams to challenge assumptions, sharpen priorities, and drive the trade-offs that connect team plans to Titan strategy.
Be the main point of contact for game and partner teams on overall Titan level needs: build a deep, first-hand understanding of what they actually need – distinguishing that from what they ask for – and turn it into org-wide priorities.
Partner with team leads on their productization & prioritization and coach teams to think more like product teams, helping each one concretize what it offers.
Communicate Titan's strategy and roadmap across the organization, and work with the Head of Titan, team leads, and tech owners to turn it into shared priorities and ways of working, while respecting each team's independence over its own staffing, roadmap, and execution.
What You Have
Extensive product management background, with a proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmap for a complex, multi-team product or platform.
Experience leading product – you've built and shaped a product function, not just contributed to one.
Passion for getting things done, with a desire to be hands-on
Deep technical savviness and background from tech: proven track record of making good judgment calls in a deeply technical environment.
The ability to lead through influence rather than authority – you'll operate as a peer to engineering leads, with no formal reporting line into their teams.
AI fluency: you understand the current tools and capabilities AI provides, and have a strong point of view on how AI can influence development workflows.
Comfort with ambiguity – you bring structure, you don't wait for someone to hand it to you.
Would Be Nice if You Also Have
Leadership and people management experience
