Senior Game Tester, Game Modes — Clash Royale

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Game Tester to join our Shanghai Studio and take ownership of quality for Clash Royale's new game modes.

Clash Royale is expanding well beyond its classic gameplay. New modes are being created in both Shanghai and Helsinki, at a fast cadence and often from rough prototypes rather than finished specs. You will be the QA owner across that portfolio — defining how each mode gets tested, planning and scaling the resources to do it, and making the final call on whether quality is good enough to reach players. That call takes design sense as much as rigour — judging whether a mode delivers the experience it was designed for, not only whether it works as built.
