Tech Lead, Software Engineering
SuperDial is looking for a Tech Lead, Full Stack Engineering to build and scale our AI-powered healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who is strong across the stack, with deep expertise in Python-based back-end systems and modern JavaScript front-end development.
About the role
Own and lead development of core product features across the stack, with a back-end focus (~60%) and front-end contributions (~40%).
Mentor team members
Design and build scalable back-end systems in Python, including APIs, services, and data pipelines that support AI-driven functionality.
Develop intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Architect systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions.
Define and implement best practices for back-end architecture, service design, and data modeling.
