Lead Agentic AI Engineer – Systems & Architecture
The infrastructure of a modern company looks nothing like it did five years ago. Systems now connect to systems, agents to agents, often with no human in the loop. This role exists to close that gap.
We’re looking for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer – Systems & Architecture to join our IT team in Helsinki or Dublin (hybrid). You’ll report directly to our Head of IT and work where architecture, security and AI meet, partnering with Product, Security and BizOps to define the standards our systems run on.
This is a new role, so it’s not a traditional architecture position. You’ll have a lot of ownership and the chance to build something meaningful outside the usual product space. It’s also hands-on: alongside the architecture work, you’ll roll up your sleeves on some of the operational work too. You’re a team player with a bias for action, and you’re comfortable working through the unknown, as we move fast in the AI-first world.
In this role, you will…
- Work at the intersection of architecture, security, and AI, collaborating with Product, Security, and BizOps to define the standards that everything runs on
- Help design the new infrastructure for a world where AI agents are first-class citizens in every workflow, working alongside our Senior IT Systems & Automation Spec
